  • Our approach to coaching is engaged, interactive, and designed to identify and transmute the unhealed material that hinders growth. We use a wide variety of frameworks to uncover the blind spots that contribute to power struggles, inadequate communication, and other sources of dysfunction.

    Our coaching clients feel seen and heard. They are empowered with new tools for understanding themselves and how they relate to their environment. They also develop skills for greater self-awareness, self-regulation, and high-quality communication. All this creates space for them to be more curious, compassionate, and courageous at work (and at home). Individual coaching is often an adjunct to our work with groups, and helps each participant better understand their contributions to collective dynamics.

  • Organizational culture is a set of shared beliefs, values, and symbols that is transmitted through common experiences and language. “Coherence” (forming a unified whole) is achieved through practices of “thinking together.”

    We create and facilitate spaces for the co-creation and discovery of shared meaning and purpose, and align individuals and teams towards organizational effectiveness and resilience. Common tools and methods for everyday practices such as decision-making, shared norms around learning, and best practices emerge from this work and create an environment of unity—what we call “rowing the same boat in the same direction.”

  • While we sometimes work with individual contributors and line managers, much of our work in this area is in leadership training. We share methods to effectively give and receive feedback, lead effective meetings, engage and motivate team members, plan and execute projects, and develop practices that foster psychological safety in teams.

    The goals of this work are to 1) dramatically increase the quality of ideas and 2) implement deep organizational transformation as well as ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Internal and individual work culminate in an organization’s ability to deliver on its purpose. We work with leaders to implement common tools and frameworks with their teams. We facilitate and support strategic ideation, planning, and execution. We provide unique change management methods and lead change management initiatives, such as post-merger integrations and significant internal transformations.
